Delivery Policy
General Delivery Policy Please note that on rare occasion, for reasons out of our control, some situations may cause your delivery to stray from this policy. Service Standard Orders will ship the following business day if ordered on a weekday by 12 noon PST. All other orders require one to two business days to process before shipping. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by freight carriers. Ordering and Shipping Confirmation Upon successfully submitting your order, you will immediately see a receipt containing your order number and order details, which you should print for your records. After ordering, you will also receive an email confirmation from this website containing your order details. Shipping Methods We employ a wide variety of shipping companies. No overnight delivery is available at this time. Depending on the size and weight of the product you order, we will ship your product using one of the following shipping companies: Payment Options We accept MasterCard, VISA and Discover credit cards. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or CODs for orders placed online, telephone, mail, and fax. Sales Tax and Other Charges This site supports the collection and remittance of Sales Tax for all US states. The application of sales tax to your order is determined by the rules governing the specific state to which the order will be shipped. Please check your sales tax charges at checkout. Please note that Customers outside the United States shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges. Telephone, Mail and Fax Orders We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service. We do also offer the option of telephone, mail or fax ordering. In order to help expedite the process, please browse the online catalog, write down your product codes, and have your credit card ready before placing your call. Please call the sales number on the contact page. You may also place orders by mail, including payment in full for your order. Personal checks will require a ten day hold for clearance. Payment via money order or Cashier's Check will expedite shipment of your order. Fax orders with your billing address, shipping address and credit card information in the fax, to the fax number on the contact page. Backorders Occassionally an item could become "out of stock" after your order is placed, but before your order is fulfilled. In this event, we will offer you 2 options. 1) Wait for the product to arrive from backorder, or 2) Refund your payment in full. Your choice. |
